Lexis Litigation Commentaries

The Commentary Project provides analyses and practice advice regarding federal rules and selected titles, chapters and sections of the United States Code Service. The authors are partners, professors and senior government officials and the commentaries provide insights from a practitioner's viewpoint with an emphasis on what works.

The commentaries are a part of the USCS files in Lexis and each commentary is appended to the appropriate code section or chapter of the U.S. Code. When one finds a code section with a NITA expert commentary, one can then view the commentary appended to the code. The commentaries also appear in the hardcopy USCS publications as the USCS volumes are revised and republished.

There is a separate file in Lexis containing just the NITA commentaries - the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Commentaries for USCS Materials File; the path in Lexis for that file is:
